​Dr. Truc Le is a family medicine doctor in Houston Texas. He received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than twenty years.

Bringing over 13 years of Nursing experience. Ebony has Expertise in Surgical, Intensive Care, Case Management, Emergency Services/Trauma, Home Health & Hospice. Her elaborate background in Nursing makes a core part of our team.

Michelle brings a blend of Texas tenacity & deep compassion to her role. Her commitment to maintaining a spirit of community & empathy within our team makes her a pivotal leader in supporting the unique needs of patients in hospice care.

David serves as chaplain for St Catherine's Healthcare. As part of our interdisciplinary team, he promotes spiritual support to our patients, their families & caregivers. He is focused on providing individualized spiritual care & healing. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team in aligning care plans with patient values & fostering a loving culture of respect and dignity.

Jennifer serves as the hospice Office Manager. She has extensive experience in hospitality, relationship building, and management duties. Her compassionate spirit creates a warm and welcoming environment for our families, our patients, and our entire team.
